There are no sessions available for sign up. Please check back later.
No show policy: As per UCSF Dental Clinic policy (and therefore CDC policy), not showing up to a session you have signed up for, or finding a replacement, is considered patient abandonment. This results in being reported to the Dean's Office and:
- 1st offense: 0 units for the quarter
- 2nd offense: banned from CDC

Provider and Assistant sign ups are limited to 2 sessions for the first 24 hours. After 24 hours, you may sign up for any number of sessions.

You can sign up for any session up until 12:00pm of the day of the session.

Session credit is received if you (1) signed up for the session, and (2) showed up for the session. No drop-ins are allowed.
Session Units:
0.5 units for the orientation (once in D1; once in D3)
0.5 units for 3 sessions
1.0 units for 5 sessions
1.5 units for 8 sessions
2.0 units for 10 sessions

Pre-Dental Volunteer Signup Guidelines
- Pre-dental volunteers can sign up for any session up until 12:00pm of the day of the session.
- You are allowed to sign up for a maximum of 2 sessions during the first 24 hours of session sign ups.
- Pre-dental volunteers are expected to be present from 6:00 PM - 8:30 PM and to dress appropriately (business casual, no tennis shoes or open toe shoes).
